The Beginning of the Journey
As Ünlem Sigorta, we adopted 100% customer satisfaction as our principle on the journey we set out on in 2005, and since then we have achieved many firsts in the insurance sector. Today, we are proud to be one of Turkey's largest insurance agencies.
Expanding Horizons
In 2009, we broadened our service range and added elementary and health branches to our portfolio alongside individual pension and life insurance. During this process, we strengthened our organizational structure and began opening branches across Turkey.
Turkey's Most Extensive Network
By 2013, we had become the agency with Turkey's most extensive network in individual pension, life and health insurance. With our 7 branches, we continued our commitment to quality and reliable service across all lines. That same year, we took a step into a joint venture project with our strong business partners.
Partnership and Incorporation
With this partnership in 2014, 50% of our shares were acquired by NN Hayat Emeklilik A.Ş. and Ünlem Sigorta became a joint stock company. Thanks to this union of strength, we grew even larger and stronger.
TRY 1 BILLION
FUND SIZE
As of 2022, we consolidated our industry leadership with a TRY 1 billion fund size in individual pension and over 200 employees. That same year, we bought back our 50% stake in NN Hayat Emeklilik A.Ş. and continued on our path with 100% of our own capital, more determined than ever.
Confidently Into the Future
Today, we operate in 17 provinces including Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara, serving more than 100,000 customers through our direct sales organization.
In the Individual Pension and Life Insurance segment, we are among the largest agencies of Zurich Insurance, Allianz Life and Pension A.Ş. and Türkiye Life and Pension A.Ş. On the elementary insurance side, we continue to offer our customers comprehensive and reliable insurance solutions by working with 12 insurance companies.
